Surrounded by the mountains, our refuge is located on a quiet lake. While the rocks remain silent, the water moves gently. The soul tunes into this wavelength, and experiences ultimate harmony. The fresh mountain air and pure natural surroundings make this a truly powerful place. Breathing it in means being full of energy – and experiencing the Dolomites in their entirety. And yourself, as well. Wherever you look, there are mountains as far as the eye can see. Encircled by impressive peaks, you can enjoy every part of the 360-degree panorama.

A warm welcome to the molignon refuge and to Europe's largest high-altitude plateau, the Seiser Alm in South Tyrol. Enjoy a unique natural spectacle in the middle of the Dolomites.

There is time for beauty on the Seiser Alm. The nights are illuminated only by the stars and the moon, giving the Dolomite mountains a mystical appearance. The molignon refuge offers a shelter of course, but also double rooms, spacious comfortable rooms and cosy family rooms. Safely wrapped in a blanket, as if by the mountains, you will find pure relaxation in these authentic hideaways. The pine forest and the clear mountain air ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

There is time for beauty on the molignon. During the day you can unwind in nature. In the evening, find inner peace in the Finnish sauna and infrared cabin as well as on the relaxation loungers. Our wellness area is tranquil and modest, as befits a refuge. This gives it a cosy, warm atmosphere.

A mountain experience requires the right cuisine. In molignon you can enjoy all kinds of delicacies in the warm parlour or on the airy, sunny terrace, depending on the season: whether traditional South Tyrolean dishes or a typical South Tyrolean Marende (cold platter) as a quick snack. In addition to hearty breakfasts, we offer delicious lunches and, if ordered in advance, dinners for events of all kinds - from birthday parties to romantic dinners, anything is possible.
