Cabin cuisine – that means handmade, of course. We literally know our way around, because the local cuisine is an area that we know just as well as the Seiser Alm and the nature park. This is how we bring you culinary pleasure. Cabin cuisine also means carefully selecting food according to what nature has to offer in the immediate vicinity, and adapting the dishes to the seasons. Warming in winter, crisp, fresh and cool in summer ... depending on your taste and the weather. If you prefer to carry on walking, the typical Marende (cold platter) or a snack is just the thing.
