Booking confirmation: Reservations are only binding once we have received a deposit of 40 %. You can do this by bank transfer or by providing a credit card number.

Cancellation conditions: Life doesn’t always go as planned. In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- free cancellation up to 50 days before arrival
- 50 to 7 days before arrival: 50 % charge
- 7 to 0 days before arrival or in the event of late arrival and early departure: 100 % charge
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Travel cancellation insurance: If you arrive late, leave early or do not show up at all for your booked stay, you may incur cancellation fees. To prevent additional charges in such cases, we recommend that you take out our travel cancellation protection.
Arrival: The rooms are available from 2.00 pm.
Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am.
TV: So that you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains, all of our rooms are television free. On request, we can make a television available to you at a cost of €4.00.
WIFI: We offer free wireless internet access throughout the whole building.
Breakfast: In summer we open the breakfast buffet from 7.30 to 9.30 am. In winter the breakfast buffet is available from 7.30 to 10.00 am.
Non-smoking refuge: Since July 2005 there has been a complete ban on smoking in public places. We ask you to only smoke outdoors or on the balcony.
Payment methods: You are welcome to settle your bill in cash. We also accept credit and debit cards (but not American Express). Please note that in Italy cash payments may only be made up to a maximum of 1,999.99 euros (except for non-EU citizens).
