In the molignon refuge, summer is as beautiful as a dream - it's like a film from the pen of the best dramatist ever. It's called nature. You're the key figure in all this! Taking the first step in your mountain boots or the first pedal stroke on your bike is like opening the page of a book that can never be published, but has to be experienced. We can never say what we feel with words. So go ahead, throw yourself into the adventure and experience the Seiser Alm!

Ready for the next line? Then let's get out there! On the Seiser Alm, the largest high alpine pasture in Europe, you'll find hiking trails through wide meadows. Your inner stuntperson can wind their way through the dolomite limestone towers on the via ferrata. There's room for your summer daydream here. The Schlern offers a fabulous view, at 3,002 metres the Rosengarten with the Kesselkogel is the emotional high point. At 2,054 metres, the air is wonderfully clean and pure. Countless plant species thrive here that can no longer be found further down in the valley. Even in summer, you can quickly ascend by cable car. If you wish, also with a mountain guide.

... and cut! The next scene has it all! Move like a flash through a section of the 180 km long route of the Seiser Alm Running Park. You have a wide choice of 20 designated running routes and can do real altitude training on the eight trails. It lies at 1,800 to 2,300 metres above sea level. The Seiser Alm half marathon takes place every year in July. At 21.097 km the path is clear for your adventure and your climbing story!

Let the spokes do the talking, they're really fast! Exploring the Seiser Alm, the highest alpine pasture in Europe, on two wheels means experiencing many blissful moments. Saddle up your two-wheeled metal horse and start pedalling. Then you are off and running: going leisurely straight ahead, steep climbs and action-packed descents enchant you with numerous highlights. They come together to form a wonderful memory. The molignon house also has an E-BIKE charging station for your electric bike.

Time for an impromptu adventure - but not in a cinema seat, but on the saddle of a horse! The wide, wondrous meadows beneath the imposing Dolomites will keep your appetite for discovery alive. Explore the vast landscapes of the wild east of South Tyrol on a real steed like the rangers in a Western. While you're doing this, the east wind will blow through your hair and who knows - maybe you've got what it takes to be a horse whisperer too!
